Cancellation & non-attendance policy.

The following policy applies for missed or late-cancelled appointments at Bellview Clinic.

Late cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a €30 cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.

No-shows

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a €30 non-attendance fee.

This policy has been introduced due to a significant increase in missed appointments, which affects our ability to offer timely care to other patients. We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we'll always try to be fair and understanding.
